Update planning horizon

Dear gurus,

i have a requirement whit the delivery date = 30.12.08 , and a PO whit the delivery date = 19.7.09.

After the run Mrp the system create a new RP and the PO don't considered .

if I modify the delivery date in 19.6.09 the system planned the PO.

These days are approximately 200 , where i can modify the range for planned the PO whit the delivery date after 19.7.09?

Are this values the parameters correct for my requirement?

I try in customizing whit the transaction OPPQ , and in the material master of the material in the view MPR 3 but the don't planned the PO.
