disconnection error

hi gurus

while performing disconnection order code DC00 is not accepted ..when i enter DC00 Its showing error can you guide me?? any settings needed??

Hi smita

u need to maintain the order code dc00 for that.

since u said u r very new iam saying stpes how 2 do it..

there are 3 steps basicaly u need to carry out as a consultant

u need to go to sprosap utilwork management--masterdata

under this node u need 2 things

1.service object (any name or number)

under this give service object id as 00 (free search)

planning plant

order type sm01

main work center

2 then alocate serv object to divsion and set level

set level value is not mandatory

3.allocate service objects to order codes in processing /order

enter that

enter

dc00 disconnectionorder 00 and enter and save

save it

and now go back to ur ec85 and check

it should work

also do the same procedure for rc00 reconnection order code

thanku once again..i could make it but still there is some error regarding rc00..its not happening.there is some error which says confirmation cannot be made ..

do you know how to solve it??

Set the following in spro sap utilu2014custservu2014process execu2014discone/rec-define confirmation status

there is a box named OP make it marked for 20:confirmed reconnection completed ..

it will work now
