UAR mass import coordinators

Hello,

We have many reviewers for UAR, so maintaining the Coordinator Reviewer Mapping one by one is not practical (NWBC > Access Management > Compliance Certification Reviews > Manage Coordinators).

The button "Download Template" is greyed out. I also tried the "Export" button, changed the csv file and then tried to "Import" it. However, nothing happened, not even an error message.

Can anyone advise, please?

Hi Rodrigo,

The template is quite simple, just the ids of coordinators and reviewers. You may need to select all for the Download Template button to become active.

As per note 2247831, the ids must exist in GRC system.

Hi Rodrigo,

You can create one entry in the system. Then select that entry. As soon as you select the line, the Download template button will be visible.

Please try and let us know if that works.

And yes, Gustavo is right. The owners need to be present in the GRC system.
