PR Release My Inbox 2.0 -PR Details not showing in the Inbox app

Hi ,

I am working on SAP Business suite. I have configured PR release workflow steps so that it is integrated with My Inbox 2.0. I am getting the PR release work items. I am able to approve (or reject) the workitems as well but it is not showing up the PR details.pr-release.png. I tried setting in the Visualization parameters in transaction SWFVISU. The service C_PURREQUISITIONITEM_FS_SRV does not exist in my system. For PR details, I am using GBAPP_PRAPPROVAL service. But it still did not work.

Also for PR with Multiple line items I am getting multiple workitems in My Inbox. What should i do in the configuration steps so that i get only one workitem for multi-line PRs.

In case of Standard app.This due to lack of authorization.

you need to add authorization classes BOBF and MM_E.

also make sure for inbox must have a role with template /IWPGW/RT_WF_USR

Hi Saket,

The OData service/ CDS : C_PURREQUISITIONITEM_FS_SRV is for S4HANA system and not Business suite. I suspect you are using ECC EHP7. You can use My Inbox, but you need to configure scenario specific configuration for specific task (PR release , can be overall or item level) In order to show the PR item details, you need to customize / write BADI to show the details.

Why can't you use Approve requisition app ? Where you have everything readily available.

My Inbox for Approve PR : S/4HANA

Approve requisition : ECC.
