Hello
We are planning to use Role Expert for Role Generation in dev, quality systems.
We currently maintain rulesets for only production systems in compliance calibrator.
When I try to generate roles in dev, quality landscapes, its running risk analysis.
Is there a way to deactivate risk analysis and generate the roles directly.
Thanks
Hello Prakash,
The step RISK ANALYSIS in the process for role generation in RE is resposible for having or not having the Risk analysis being done, when you do a role generation in RE. The reason why your PRD system has this step is because you have defined it in the process it follows for Role Generation there.
Thus, for your particular Landscape for Dev and Quality, where you do not want to have Risk analysis done, you can have the PROCESS in the RE config TAB , without having the step RISK ANALYSIS in it.

Yes the process never had Risk Analysis.
When i try to generate in a sandbox system, it still gives the error,
"Failed to perform Risk Analysis. System does not exist in Compliance Calibrator."
Now SAP support wants me to remove CC info from miscellaneous to avoid this step.
This means i can use risk analysis for all systems, or i cannot use for any.
My business case, is i want to use CC for prod systems, and for non prod systems avoid cc.
Is this possible?
Prakash-
Yes, you can delete the Risk Analysis Step in your Methodology in the Configuration tab.
