MM-SUS vendor replication error

Hi experts I have configured MM-SUS scenario and now I send a vendor from MM to SUS in SXI_MONITOR all is ok, the messages are ok, but no vendor created in SUS and no log in XI and SUS, just an IDOC (ALEAUD01) sent back to R/3, with message EDI: Partner profile not available.

Some idea how can solve it?
