Transaction Variant

I created a transaction variant.How can I restrict it to certain users?

Example:

For VA01 transaction I have created a transaction variant.Which will have ''Payment Term' in not modifiable mode.But certain user using VA01 transaction it will show them in display mode for some user it will show them in modifiable mode.How can I do that can any body suggest?
