NWA Currently Active Users always 0

Hi,

We are running performance test against our portal system and we want to see Currently Acive users in NWA (Monitoring > Java System Reports > Current Activities), but it was always showing 0 for currently active users.

Please suggest me, if any one have solution for this.

Hi Srinivas,

In order get the data in portal activity report you need to enable the service in Service Configuration of the portal.Check whether com.sap.portal.activityreport.core service is running or not.Make sure the service is running.

how many server nodes do you have? make sure you select "All" on top of the page under "Cluster Node" entry.
