XML Form Generator

Dear Sir,

I am in the midlle of developping a new Add-On where I have to create my own form. I having a bad time designing the form specially that iahve to deal with the xml file directly.

Can you please advise me if there is any xml fiorm generator where design my forma and then I generate the correspending xml file.
