Hi all,
after Manager rejects a SC, Employee log on, go to Check Status and there the status of rejected SC is Awaiting Approval. If i push expand button, i can see that all objects from the SC are having status Rejected.
Is it OK that the SC and it's objects have different status after rejecting? or i can make the SC have status Rejected if all it's objects are rejected?
thank you
Hi,
(Excerpt from another thread)
1. When the approver rejects the SC the check status (header)would be 'In your Inbox' where as the status in Monitor SC would be 'Awaiting approval'. Also in the check status the line item status would be 'Rejected'.
2. When the SC is rejected it comes back to the requestor and the status would be 'In your inbox'. After that the requestor can do the following.
Order again - Status would be 'Awaiting approval'
Delete - Status would be 'Deleted'
Accept changes(There should be a button "ACCEPT CHANGES" button in the requesters inbox.) - Status would be 'Rejected'. ( This is applicable in case of line item approval)

Hi,
The SC header status will be REJECTED only if ALL the items of the SC have the status REJECTED.If any one of the items has the status awaiting approval, the SC status will be AWAITING APPROVAL.
