item Product GTIN and Customer ID mapping in C4C Sales Order Output Form

Dear all,

We need to include in sales order form the field of "customer ID mapping" and in the position the product GTIN.
I have been looking for them in the data structure available in the form edition via Adobe Lifecycle designer and I can not find it.
Can someone confirm if they are by standard where I could find them and if they are not as I could give an alternative solution?

Sales quoaation form --GTIN is included but I do not see it for the sales order form.

Hello,

Are these fields available in Sales Order UI? Please try to add them through adaptation mode.

Only fields available in Sales Order screen you can extend to PDF Form.

GTIn is in the screen but I cant see it in the available fields that has the structure of Adoble Lifecycle Designer.

Maybe is that this field is only available in quotations?

At last we found GTIN number inside ítem--> products-->StandarId. in case it helps for others....

We still looking for ERP Customer ID
