item Product GTIN and Customer ID mapping in C4C Sales Order Output Form

Dear all,

We need to include in sales order form the field of "customer ID mapping" and in the position the product GTIN.
I have been looking for them in the data structure available in the form edition via Adobe Lifecycle designer and I can not find it.
Can someone confirm if they are by standard where I could find them and if they are not as I could give an alternative solution?

Sales quoaation form --GTIN is included but I do not see it for the sales order form.
