How long does ECC IDES 607 take to install ?

Considering I am using the recommended configuration , how long does the import abap step take to finish when setting up IDES ?

It's been more than 24 hours and I see the installation still running at import step , without any failure.

It’s very difficult to answer it, as the hardware configuration is crucial (including disk speed, deployment option etc)

Usually it takes me around 6-12 hours and the longest part is import abap phase.

I would keep it running. You can check the processes running on OS level (look for R3load). Check the install log, you should see some changes there as well.
