ELSTER addon - sended unidentified

Hello World!

Our customer has installed addon ELSTER, version 6.80.01.90, and it worked without any problems in the past.

Now the receiver of the ELSTER data, the fiscal authorities (german: Finanzamt), complains that they can't access/read the data received from our customer.

They state that the error is "sended unidentified" (german: unidentifiziert gesendet) when they try to access the data.

Is there any option in the ELTER addon to control the way the data is to be sended (may be our customer changed it accidentically). Or does anybody know how to handle this problem?
