SP missing in order

Hi,

We r doing this Roll-Out of a plant for my client.

I have done all the SD configurations, but now when i am doing this testing in sales order.

the system says as "Sold to party" missing in the incompletion log though i am giving the customer code.

Can anybody help me in this.
