change the Recon A/c

Hi Sap Gurus,

i have a issue with the Asset Reconciliation A/c

I want to Remove the Recon Account for acct type in GL master data but that Gl A/c has some balances.

please give some inputs

once enter any postings in recon account we cannot change recon a/c in SAP

Clearings means from my point of view there shud not be any balance in that gl account to change recon a/c.

hi OAMK is the correct T code. But you should be able to know the logic behind this t code.

Krishnapriya-- how can you clear / transfer the values of a recon a/c. recon. a/c will not allow you to post directly and / or transfer directly.

Ok Anil as u said can v change recon account directly in OAMK if it has balance also in that particular account?

As per my knowledge until it has balance in that account v cant change recon a/c
