Extended notification, SAPLOGON_ID : what is it ?

Hi Everyone!

The SAP Library says that 'you should specify a cross-company, unique LOGON_ID for the parameter SAPLOGON_ID in the General Settings view: Otherwise the system displays a logon window when the user navigates from a message to an SAP System'.

I think this is my error. I really don't know what to put in SAPLOGON_ID parameter. How will I get this unique ID.

No need to mention anything for SAPLOGON_ID parameter, just leave it blank

If blank it don't work. In fact i must text designation of my system in SAP Logon and it's work.

I have the same problem. What did you enter for the parameter SAPLOGON_ID? What is the text designation of the system?
