Trying to delete a PO

Dear All,

I am trying to delete a PO line item 1. This is done by clicking on the line item and then clicking on the garbage bin.

However, when im trying to save it, there is an error msg saying:

Item 010 WBS element O-01-2-0015-001-01 budget exceeded

Message no. BP603

i checked in SPRO --> MM --> Purchasing --> Environment Data --> Define Attributes of System Messages

but i cant seem to find Any one that fits this criteria.

Please Help. I cant delete that PO.

before deleting check that PO was properly saved or not...

particular WBS element does n't have budget...

check the budget report....

this message may avilable under project systems.....
