Automatically Generate Training - HR

Dear Expert,

My client require a solution on automatically generate employee training on a due date. and retrieve Training data/ due dates etc from report.

Eg: Employee has to participate "Lockout / Tagout" training in every 3 years.

How can this configured as a standard SAP solution? we've implemented PA,OM,TM

Is this required solution available in TEM or E Learning? If so I can recommend to imeplement E lerarninig
