Customer master extending to new CC and plant

Hi

I have 100 customers existed under 1000 company code and 1000 plant.

Now i want extended to same 100 customers to new entity - 1200 company code and 1200 plant.

for this which transaction & steps i can use. can any one help me

Hi,

-If you want ti extend company code data of existing customers then you can use FD01 transaction.

-If you want to change delivering plant from 1000 to 1200 then you can use VD02 transaction.

Please make a note this extension can be handled through LSMW..

thanks for response, i know we can do from VD01, but i am asking if i have 100 or 500 customers i cant create 1 by 1, i want to create using any abap trascation. like BDC and BADI.

like that way can any one suggest pls

Hi Satish,

If you have to extend in different company code then there willl be different sales org., in that scenario you need to create the customer rather than extending.

If the sales area is the same then,

in SPRO assign,Enterprise Structure>Assignment->Sales and Distribution

1.Sales Organization-Distribution Channel-Plant and later

2.Use XD01 to extend the customers.
