USer exit or BADI

In VL02n when we click on Status Overview then it display an ALV

about Delivery status eg.

Delivery Overall Pick Status Packing Pick confirmation Total Gds Mvt Billing Status

80000178 C C C C C

I want to genrate one flat file showing that all process successully completed include billing condition is ' C' Flag.

If everything is 'C' then only i want to genrate one Flat file .

What should be the user-exit or BADI for it ?
