KALC - Maintain number range for controlling area error

Hi Friends,

When I try to execute the KALC transaction code, it throws an error message "Maintain number ranges for controlling area XXXX - message number K5029".

We have maintained the number range object COIN and assigned the number range. But still it shows the above error message.

Could you please let me know where do I need to maintain the number range in customization inorder to solve this issue.

Hi Dwarakanath,

For the Reconciliation ledger postings you need to maintain the number ranges separately for each controlling area.

Its NOT done in the TCode KANK.

Goto Tcode OK13 and maintain the number ranges there. Then you will be able to run the TCode KALC.
