Inconsistency in SLDCHECK

Hi All,

Our server details: PI 7.0 SP13

We are getting error of inconsistency in SLDCHECK.

We looked into Note 1057720 but couldnt able to solve out.

ERROR: Calling function EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER

Retrieving data from XI Profile...

Function call returned exception code 3

Access to the XI Profile is currently disrupted

=>Check whetheryou can access the XI Profile using a Web Browser!

We tried restarting the JCO RFC destinations in Visual admin. But still error persists.

In ExchangeProfile all connection parameters are in Fully Qualified Hostname but all the technical systems for PI server are registered in Hostname not with hostname.domain. I hope its not the reason for the error we are getting.

Please help us out in resolving this error.

Hi,

Ask basis team to check for number of open JCO Connection to J2EE engine. If number of JCO Connetion exceeds max. number you wll get this kind of error. I think some where in Visual Admin they can see number of open connections.

You need to kill this connection.

Hi,

1) Check the SAPJSF user is locked

2) Check whether all the Standard RFCu2019s are working fine (LCRSAPRFC,SAPSLDAPI)
