HR Extraction (0PA_C01)

Hi Experts,

I am working with HR module cube 0PA_C01 and the DS are 0HR_PA_1,0HR_PA_0.

My problem is i am not getting key figure(Number of employees,number of actions etc.,) values, they are showing zeros.

Can someone throw some light on it?

Hi,

check the datasources in rsa3 those keyfigure values are coming or not .

HI Sridhar,

The 2 key figures will not directly populate from the data sources 0HR_PA_0 and 0HR_PA_1 to the info cube 0PA_C01,SAP Has given some standrd routines in Update rules where in the result set id defined to a constant ' 1',So for each and every record the no of employs and Number of actions will be updated to '1".

Hi,

while doing Hr Extraction in to BW did you created any non-cumulative keyfigure,

beacuse head count and Emploee needs Non-Cumulatives which you need to be create on the Time charecterstics Like 0CALDAY.

Also Please check how you have loading the data Using Non -Cumulative key figure to get Head count like that.

Check on RSA3 for the same datasource.If you are getting data on RSA3 then ask your basis team to provide SAP_ALL authorizations to ALEREMOTE user.

Hi,

In HR extractions, many of the values are obtained by using the "Master data attribute - 0EMPLOYEE and 0PERSON" Make sure that, these are loaded and Atrribute Change run for these are run. Also, confirm if the routines at the update rule level are consistent.
