Hi SAbu,
Follow the navigation to get the SAP notes
goto http://help.sap.com/ in the right top click on other portal link in the left top you can see the link SAP SUPPROT PORTAL under which you will have SAP notes search,
When you click that it will ask for username and password give that and find your notes.
Mostly Basis people hold the authorizations for this you may contact them for your notes.
Cheers!!

Hi Sabu,
1. Download the note using SNOTE.
2. The status on the left shows if the SAP note can be implemented or not.
3. If any manual changes is required for any objects it will be given in the note itself. Check the prerequisite section.

Hi,
First goto SNOTE tcode choose the r/3 button and enter the note number, when you press execute it will download the note.
The search the nore using CTRL+F and find the note.
Then see the note details, if it is written soem where for soem manual corrections then do the corrections like, creation of some program/Creation of messages/Data Element.
Then check whether the note staus is can be implemented or can not be implelemented.
If it is in can not be implemented, you should follow teh correctiosn and do the chanegs manually.
If its can be impelmented, the press the execute butto, then it will give some messages go through those messages and implement it.
This will ask for a TR..
You can get the note details in [service.sap.com]
