Dear,
As per your work center you need to create the individual capcity SAy-3 labour then individual capacity as-3 in work cener-capacity tab CR02.
Then according to the operation you can define time in the routing CA01 and operation quantity as 1pc. Set up time machine time and labour time.
If you want the result of scheduling then go to CA02Extra Scheduling -- schedule and check your result.
Please try this and come back if you have any query.

Hi,
For the Operations, in the capacity header of its Work center, maintain No. of individual Cpacities as 4, 3 , 3 , 4 & 4 respectively as you have mentioned.
In routing, in operation details, for 1st operation, select check box "Required Splitting" and enter No. of splits=4. Similarly follow this, for all the other 4 operations. Choose "Required overlapping" or "Continuous flow Production" if required.
For 2nd & 3rd operation, enter set up time as required.
In the work center, std. value key for the 2nd & 3rd operation, get the input of tear down time. So in the "Capacity" & "Scheduling" tab, enter the corresponding formula for Set up, Processing & Tear down.
Now, during Production order scheduling, for 105 pieces, for individual operation, you can get the time taken for the individual operation in the "Dates" tab in the Production order. The Scheduled Start and finish dates with time in the header of the Production order gives the time required to produce the production order qty.
Hope this helps for your requirement.

Hi Raja,
Is all Labors work independently on each operation or Each Piece is processed though all the Labors one by one >
This is required to calculate total Labor time.
If each Labor work separately than total time required for 105 pices for operation 1 is = (105 x 5 ) / 4 = 131.8 Min
And if involves all the labor for 1 piece than time will be = (105 x 5 ) = 525 Mins.
According to any of above condition you can calculate labor time for other operations also.

Dhaval
