Reservation closing

Dear All..

I want to close open reservations. here i can able to close manual created reservations.but im not able to close Automatic created reservations at the time of PM order creation and MRP generated reservations i c'ont able to close..

Eventhough i have maintained in ombn Reservation retiontion period as 10 days and movement allowed period as 10 days.. as per this 10 days oldopen reservations will be set delete mark automatically but its not working any other settings required please advise..
