profitability analysis

hi,

i have 2 question on this.

1) in accounting during billing, it is credit the sales and debit the debtor but i see the sales revenue is a positive figure in profitability analysis whereas credit memo, it shows a negative figure. why?

2) what is the number appear in profit segment column in the billing item line?

Hi,

Please find answers below for your two questions,

1.Sales revenue is always positve figure in view of PA,because if you execute KE30 report then you can able to find out these figures in that report.

2.It is system generated number internally you check this by giving this number in the table CE4XXXX where XXXX=operating concern...
