Unable to open ESR, ID, SLD, RWB

Hi,

I am unable to open ESR, ID, SLD, RWB after the installation of PI 7.10. Have checked with exchangeProfile, but couldnt identify what need to be configured, Please help me asap.

the host name is : SAPXYZ

post num : 5XX00

Have created PIDIRUSER, PIREPUSER, PIAPPLUSER, PIAFUSER, PILDUSER with proper roles.
