How to map network and local printers to user profiles in SAP configuration

Can someone explain how SAP is configured such that network and printer are mapped to appropriate user profiles

what?.. you mean how to assign a printer to a user in SAP, right?

Do you meant to say how a printer can be attached with a user id ? If that is the question then you can do so by putting the "printer name" as default device for the user profile (su01->user id->change/dispalyu->Defaults tab->Output Device) screen.
