You can check your adapetes in RWB under component monitoring. you can use filter to select your adapter only.

Hi Sarvesh,

Thanks for your help.

But this would be active only after a message passes through it, isnt it ? I want to know how to test the adapter before that. How do we test it immediately after creating it ?

If you want to test sender adapter,then you can test from RWB->Component monitoring->Adapter engine->Test message.

For receiver adapter you can test by triggering the sender adapter/system.

Thanx

It is not always necessary. You just check in RWB, if it is green then ok.

HI Radhika

As suggested by everyone here

Go to RWB->Component monitoring->Adapter engine->Test message.

Paste a payload anything just after the creation of adapter and test it. Give dummy values or any built scenario credentials on the same PI system you will get error at max thats it but it will activate the adapter.

Thanks

Gaurav

Hi,

Access RWB -> component monitoring -> display all -> select you adapter engine

Now below is click on "communication channel monitoring" and select the communication channel which you want to see. Then below you will see what your adapter is doing. If its fine or having errors
