work process restarted;session terminated error with ides ecc 6

Hi Guys,

I recently installed IDES 6.0 on one testing server

Sever config:

OS:Windows 2003 server SP2 32 bit

DB:ORACLE V10.2.0.1.0

Hard drive capacity:1 TB

RAM:4 gb

Installation was successful with out any error except 1 error in ABAP import phase, later i restarted the oracle db and it went through fine

SAP front end client:7.1

when accessing the sever with client frequently getting following errors:

E.g., the user is trying to create a material using transaction code MM01

Error 1:

work process restarted;session terminated error & disconnecting from server.

Error 2:

sql error 3114 occurred when accessing program

In oracle alert_SID.log nothing is recorded about these errors.

Your help will be appreciated, waiting for your valuable inputs.
