CL_FX_READER and Encoding

Dear Gurus,

does anybody know how to set the encoding for "CL_FX_READER"?

My XML File is ISO-8859-1. This is not recognized by the reader.

Message:

ERROR: WHILE PARSING SKIPPED OUTPUT

ERROR: BOM / charset detection failed

If I use a UTF-8 File it works.
