Hi Kiril,

As per the version you have mentioned consists of SP2 by default.

So, you can follow the series of SP 's as SP 2, SP 3,

SP 4.

Now you can install SP3 and later SP4 on your machine with the current version.

You can verify them with C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11.5\Patches.

I think this would be helpful for you.

Regards,

Naveen.

Strange but when I try to install SP3 (tryied then also with SP4 and then with SP2) I get a message, that this SP is only for CR XI R2 and cannot be applied for another BO XI R2 products.

One hint: I had also CR 2008 trial version, but in the meantime deinstalled.

I got this message when I tried to upgrade CR on a machine that also had CR Server. When I upgraded on just a machine that had CR only, it worked.

There is neither such file nor directory. There are only:

LicenseChecker.exe

rasconstjs.inc

rasconstvbs.inc

ServProcCntr.ini

The Version number says CR 11.5.8.826

it is Crystal XIR2 with SP2. If you install the software with service pack then you can find using version number. If you apply service pack seperately after installing then you can see the patch folder in the following path

C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Crystal Reports 11.5\Patches
