plz guru's i have a one problem wherther minimum wages act is applicable to companies act 1956 U/S 25 or not plz explain

Minimum wage act is differnt act which is not specifically relate to one act. As you said companies act.

Both are different acts.

Your question might be like this is Companies registered under companeis act 1956 also have minimum wages act.

Yes definately. Not only the companies but other organization like who register under shop and estabilshment act etc also applicable

Mean all these are need to apply minimum wages act.
