i have one client and i want to transfer data using ale/idoc

Hi i am using training system and its having client 001 only and the other 000 i want to to transfer data from one client to another using ALE/Idoc but here i am having only one client i asked for another clint to my sap team they are telling we have only one client

can any body suggest me what should i do?

For testing purposes, you can try sending data to the same client using IDoc, i.e. you can configure the same client as sending and receiving system for this IDoc.

For example you can generate an inbound from within your own client and have it say create a sales order (Message Type: ORDERS). You need to set the partner profile for the same.

It is not possible to use the same system as sender/receiver i.e only one Logical system can be assigned to a client.

you can verify this by trying to provide the same Logical system for two different client.

In your case, you have to have two different clients.

It is not possible to use one client for sending/receiving. As we can not assign two logical names to one client.
