hi,

WHEN EVER DOCUMENT IS POSTED IN TCODE FBV0 .

THE WORKFLOW TRIGGERED IN SWEL .

BUT MAIL IS NOT GOING TO AGENT.

WHATIS THE PROBLEM.

IN STARTEVENTS I ASSIGED POSTED EVENT. IN SWEL MY WFLOW WS90100001 TRIGGERING.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Hi,

It seems there is no problem in linking an event with workflow as it is active in swel transaction.

for sending a mail u r using a send mail Step-type or Activity step- type.

If u r using Send mail -

then there itself u have to mention recepient.

If u r sending mail using an actvity -

---

>

then in activity window , u have to do agent assignment.

Make it general task by clicking on attributes tab.

check the WF log in transaction SWI1. if there is no error in the WF log then check for the recipients of the Mail step.

If everything is in place then check in transaction SCOT.

Hi sonu,

check SCOT Config. and if WF is tested successfully and mail is sent properly then check binding and agent assignment.

hi sonu,

check have you assigned recipent type and user when u send mail.

if u r using task or any activity then u have to assign aggent there also.

Hi

Check in the SEND MAIL step whether have you assigned the Recepient Type

There is nothing to do with the Start Events Start events are defined in the BASic Data where it is no where related to the MAil all it is related to the SEND MAIL check it properly
