An internal error occured while calling the 'getPages' API

Hi,

I'm using BOEXIR2SP2 and I'm getting the error below on only one (very essential / large) WEBI report. The report itself does run and can be saved as Excel or Webi. Its only when I try to save as a PDF that I get the following error and the entire server crashes!

I'm all out of ideas at this point, anyone had anything like this before, searches haven't been very fruitful....

An internal error occured while calling the 'getPages' API.(Error: WIS 30270) (Error: INF).

    Hi,

Could you please test the following solutions it might help in resolving the issue.

    Solution1:

    - Do not save the report with "Refresh Document When Opening" checked.

    1. Retrieve the report from the repository using DeskI

    2. Run the report

    3. Purge each data provider

    4. Click on SaveAs, Options

    5. Uncheck the option to "Refresh Document When Opening" and click Ok

    6. Export the report back to the repository

    7. Open the report using Info View

    8. The report now opens. Click on Advanced button and enter parameters. Run the report.
