PR attachment

Hi guys,

Can we attach any document to the PR? Our requirement is that, we have some draiwngs and specifications to be attached to PR item.. WE can not include this in PR text.

Can we attach any word document caontaining images to PR item?

How to do this?

Hi,

In ME52N, click Services for Object button on the left side cornor of the screen.

Click on this button Create > Create Attachment, from there it will insist for file attachment so attach as many as drawings from the local file to here.

whenever you want to check the attachment you can display the same from here .

Can you please let me know, which table to we store this values and is there any standard module to output this information batch on an ad hoc basis?

Hi,

You can attach documents in the service objects(an icon in top LHS)

There you can attach any PDF or word any document.

Hi,

Yes you can attach word document for PR.

After creating requistion go to ME52N and go to Service of object select create attachment.
