B1 SALES APP - SAP Business One 9.3 PL0 - No Company List

We use SAP Business One 9.3 PL0 and we want use the B1 Sales APP in Android,

We are generated the certificate - Self Singe - following SAP notes 2298985 , 2046101

When we install it in the device and trying connecting, Empty Company list appears

Our connection area for testing is LAN,

Do you have any idea or best practices to do this operation successfully,
