How to make a column visible in view leave balances in SAP ESS portal

In the leave balances only the following columns are visible:

Time account, Deduction from, Deduction to,Balance as on date & Balance.

Client wants to see the number of CL's, SL's & El's applied . The information is available in field DEDUCTED_REDUCED the table type PTARQ_UIA_QUOTA_STATUS_TAB_CE.

How to make the field visible in the view leave balance link in ESS portal. Please help.

Hi,

Determine which web dynpro component and view you want to change, then click the "enhance" button and add your custom column to the table.

You can find this information by looking at the running application's technical information. The following screen shots are from demo application wdr_test_ui_elements.

Step 1: Start the application in your web browser.

Step 2: Anywhere on the application screen, right-click and choose 'Technical Help' from the context menu:

Step 3: You can find the component and view on the 'Web Dynpro Application' tab.
