mrp run problem

Hi,

This is manish.Here i want some solution regarding the problem of mrp run.The following query i had put it before but,i didnt get solution .hope this time it will work.

1)I have 2 plants suppose X & Y,

2)Now i am planning suppose a material "Ram cylinder"

3)The noteable thing is that,here the above material is extended in both the plant with its component (i.e its bom)

4)I had made bom,w/c,routing for plant "Y",beacuase i want to plan the material only for plant "Y"

5)Now i gave req. by md61 for a month

6)I have plan the material by single item, multi level i.e md02

7)Now when i saw the result the material & its component i.e semi fin matrl. are plan also for plant "X" as shown in result.

With reference to above condition as i plan the material for plant y, system must have to plan matrl. for plant "Y",where as system taking some materials from "X" & some from "Y".

So please suggest the problem behined with its appropriate solution.hoping suggestion earilier

Not solved.But i think It is due to allocation of bom to other Plant.

Please check whether your components are assigned with Special Procurement key in MRP2 view of the material master in Plant Y.

No.i had already checked out these formal checks.also checked the bom & routing settings.

there no any special proc. key assign to material.
