Cost Center & Cost center Hierarchy

Hi Friends,

Can you please tell me how to block a cost center or cost center groups for posting.

Also let me know can it be possible to move cost center hierarchy from DEV client to Unit testing client. As while defining cost center structure in DEV client, there is no Transport Request generated.

Hi,

You can transfer your hierarchy in several ways. If you want to create a change request and include it in a transport, then use OKE5 transaction.

Hi,

To block Cost center --go to KS02 and Under control data block the posting. Or change the validity period to stop using Cost center.

There is no block function for Cost center hierarchy.

In general, master datas are being created in the system. It is not required to be transported.
