When cash balance is negative

Hi Experts

When cash balance is negative, How to block further transactions , Is there any way to do this?

Hi Murali

You can do. go to chart of Accounts select the cash account in asset drawer then choose the account details and check On Hold box as long as you correct the cash balance.

not manually baba,whenever cash balance is going negative then system will hold the transactions automatically.

You can do this restriction using SBO_SP_TransactionNotification Stored procedure.
