Create a "Table Infotype"

Hi all,

Does anyone familiar with table infotype creation? I want to create a table infotype (not field infotype). As my way, I create HRI structure first then go to PPCI -> table infotype. But I get an error popup which says "Infotype 9000 cannot be created. Please look at the following log."

Any idea about this? Please help me to solve this problem.
