How to import Best Pratices by the tool SAINT ?

Hello,

I try to use the tool SAINT (Add-On Installation Tool) to import into my system 2 SAP Best Practices.

I extract 2 .pat files in the folder
server\usr\sap\trans\EPS\in

I click on button u2018Loadu2019 in the first step but I have the following message:

RC: 0004 - Message u201COCS file already exists in inbox. Upload not requiredu201D

I can see the 2 packages in the list u201CAvailable PCS packages in the systemu201D but I donu2019t how continue and to install these 2 packages into the system.
