Hi All,

In EKKO table field FRGZU (Release status) it has two entries .."space" and "x"...I guess X is for release PO....

Please let me know the significance of this field and how it is linked with strategy.

P.S. This field is different from Release indicator.

Hi,

Yes you are right FRGZU - 'X' - PO is released.

If PO is released you get the X indicator in FRGZU.

If PO is need to be released you get 'X" indicator in FRGRL field. Once you release the PO it will update in FRGZU field with X indicator.

X or blank is the Domain for the field release or unrealese.

Release status tells, whether PO is released or not.

Release strategy tells which strategy you are using for that PO ,for example Released by work flow, released by MRP/Manual.

Hi Seshadri,

I think you didnt get my question....

when you make any changes in PO...try to check them using Tcode# ME23N... Environment-->Header Changes...

Here you will find Release status as "space" and "X".

Alternately you can check the same in EKKO table as field# FRZGU.
