Please can someone show me a step by step guide to create payslip for country grouping 99

I am new to SAP HR and practically have to learn by myself.

When i try to use template pay slips from 99 grouping, the format is kind of distorted and does not look like those found under India (40), which has earns on the left, deductions to the right and take home pay at the bottom right.

How do i modify a template of create one from scratch.
