Maximum no of coloumns in Report (Clasical or Alv)

Hi,

i have requirement to display more than 150 fields. I have tried up to 50 fields.How many fields will accept a report ? please suggest me.

Hi ,

I dont think there is an issue with the number of columns which you add to an Alv .

You may display as many fields in ALV as we can see in SE16 view.

And in classical report it depends on your page/line size.

For more help you may serch in SCN.

Hi

There's no limit for the number of colunms, but there's a limit for the width of abap list: 1020 char.

So the problem should be not how many colunm u can show, but how many chararcters u can print., anyway just as some guys said, max 90 colunm can be displayed, so the other colunm will be hide.
