Unable to Read of Excel file (.XLSX) in SAP BODS

error-log-bods.jpgfile-format-bods.jpgMy source file is Microsoft excel (.xlsx), while reading source file, most of file formats do not read .xlsx but read only .xls files even though the File Formats are created in similar manner. Could you please help me to fix the issue in SAP BODS job?

It is complaining about path and permissions. Can you check that the path is valid and that the user that starts the job server has permissoins to see the file?

What edition of BODS do you have ? BODS 4.X will support .xlxs format.

Whilst creating the file format did you use Import schema option to get the columns details ? Is it working ?

While creating file format, I imported schema (Structure) and its completely came up as it is in file. But while reading it is throughing error in .XLSX format. But surprisingly while set .XLS then its reading fine.
