SO to DO Quantity Control

Hi SD Experts,

Lets say my sales order has material A with 1 quantity. During delivery why is it possible for me to change the quantity to more than 1 and be able to PGI? By right the system allow only 1 quantity to be posted right?

Is there somewhere that needs to config to control this?
